Unsupported audio rate in file[]
- This might be a conflict between different DVD players. Try uninstalling PowerDVD or Nvdvd. Make sure you reboot before trying to import again or you might get the "Unsupported format or damaged file" error.

Unsupported format or damaged file[]
- Some files (like Windows Media files) can contain digital rights management that prevents them from being used in editors.
- See Can't Import .wma Files
- AVI files recorded using the capture feature can also have this error if the capture was not successful.
- Restart your computer and check all files are valid.
