Unsupported audio rate in file[]

  • This might be a conflict between different DVD players. Try uninstalling PowerDVD or Nvdvd. Make sure you reboot before trying to import again or you might get the "Unsupported format or damaged file" error.

  • Some files (like Windows Media files) can contain digital rights management that prevents them from being used in editors.

  • AVI files recorded using the capture feature can also have this error if the capture was not successful.
  • Restart your computer and check all files are valid.
