I've managed to solve this on mine, I accidentally had scene detect checked on the capture screen whilst using an analogue source. Obviously there was no time code to detect a new scene hence the error.

the error at Timecode.cpp-1266 is caused when you have scene detect on, with a recorder plug-in that doesn't support it. To avoid the error, turn scene detect off (even if the icon next to the transport controls is greyed out, you can still do it in the fly-out menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Capture Window).
