Transition: Dither Dissolve

The "Dither Dissolve" transition fades clip A into clip B using a dithering algorithm.

This transition has the following variations.

Increase the "Border Width" above the default zero to increase the size of the dithering. Additionally:
- You can choose the "Border Color", which in this case is a solid color to dither with. The default is black.
- You can choose the "Anti-aliasing Quality". The default is "Off".
